We currently ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage (tracked).

2. Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

3. Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders of $40 or more.
• Orders under $40 are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage at the rate shown during checkout.

4. Tracking & Delivery

All orders include a USPS tracking number. Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your order has been fulfilled.

Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. LoggerheadCollectibles.com cannot refund or replace packages that USPS confirms as delivered.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

USPS Ground Advantage includes built-in insurance. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

• Contact us as soon as possible.
• We will assist you with filing a claim with USPS.
• Refunds or replacements can only be issued after USPS approves the claim.
