Refund & Returns Policy

At LoggerheadCollectibles.com, we specialize in trading cards and collectibles. Due to the nature of raw cards, all sales are final. Please review the details below before placing an order.
1. Raw / Single Cards
All sales of raw/single cards are final.
Because raw cards can be easily altered or damaged after purchase, LoggerheadCollectibles.com does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Singles
- Buyer’s remorse
- Grade expectations
- Condition disagreements that fall within accepted TCGplayer standards

2. Sealed Products
All sealed product sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged. Damage to the outer shipping box alone does not qualify as a damaged product if the sealed item itself is intact.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, we will correct the issue promptly.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item received
In these cases, we may provide a prepaid return label (if a return is required) and will either send the correct item or issue a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Raw/single trading cards
- Opened sealed products
- Items damaged after delivery
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
