Shipping & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with LoggerheadCollectibles.com. Below you’ll find our shipping procedures and refund rules. Please review carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Methods & Handling Time

We currently ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage (tracked).

  • Handling time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

1.1 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders of $40 or more.
  • Orders under $40 are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage at the rate shown during checkout.

2. Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include a USPS tracking number. Tracking will be emailed automatically once your order is fulfilled.

Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We cannot refund or replace packages that USPS confirms as delivered.


3. Lost or Damaged Packages

USPS Ground Advantage includes built-in insurance. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We will assist in filing a USPS claim.
  • Refunds or replacements can only be issued after USPS approves the claim.

4. Refunds & Returns

All sales of raw/single cards are final.

Because raw cards can be easily altered or damaged after purchase, LoggerheadCollectibles.com does not accept returns for:

  • Singles
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Grade expectations
  • Condition disagreements within accepted TCGplayer standards

4.1 Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received

We will correct the issue promptly.

4.2 Sealed Products

All sealed product sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
